Take a Bite Out of the Bison - Slider Recipe for Bobcat Fans

December 30, 2024

As the Montana State University Bobcats get ready to take on the North Dakota State Bison in the FCS Championship Football game, it’s time to prep the perfect game day snack. Whether you’re tailgating in Texas or watching from home, these easy roast beef and provolone sliders will have everyone cheering for more.

Recently, Lane Nordlund whipped a batch of NDSU Bison Sliders. But in true Montana fashion, he put his our own spin on the recipe by using home-raised beef instead of bison.

Cook's Tip: You may substitute Dijon mustard for prepared horseradish.
