The 2024 Montana Ag-Tech Innovation & Investment Summit is set to take place on November 6, drawing together a dynamic blend of agriculture, technology, and investment leaders to Montana State University’s Norm Asbjornson Hall in Bozeman. Organized by the Montana Agricultural Business Association, the Montana Department of Agriculture, and Montana State University, the summit aligns with Celebrate Ag Week, an annual tradition celebrating the state's agricultural heritage and advancements.

The event serves as a melting pot for Montana’s agricultural producers, venture capitalists, and academic minds, showcasing advancements that are reshaping the future of agriculture in the state and beyond. Chris Averill from the Montana Agricultural Business Association highlighted the summit’s collaborative environment, where “growers and producers” can connect with “folks in venture capital” and “academia” to explore emerging trends and innovations. And if you haven’t, then we invite you to come...There’s going to be a lot of discussion about AI and how it impacts agriculture.” Special guests like Director Christy Clark from the Montana Department of Agriculture and representatives from the financial services industry will contribute insights, offering practical applications and funding opportunities.
