American Lamb Board member and Idaho sheep producer Mike Duff says the The Gem State is pleased to host the 2025 Summit for the sheep industry in July at the University of Idaho in Moscow.
Highlights of This Year’s Event
Moderated by prominent figures such as Dr. Phil Bass, Meat Sciences Professor at the University of Idaho, and Maggie O'Quinn, a retail meat marketing consultant from Midan Marketing. With their extensive background at Certified Angus Beef, they will guide discussions on aligning industry efforts with consumer desires, helping American Lamb regain market share from imports.
